The challenge

Zava planned to expand in Germany with a newly developed doctor app and needed legal advice to ensure compliance with German healthcare legislation.

Our response

  • We ensured compliance of the doctor app with German medical, technological and insurance law throughout the app’s development.

  • We developed operational models to facilitate the app’s market entry in Germany and created an extensive pocket guide on healthcare advertising in Germany to guide the internal marketing team.

  • The Zava app was successfully launched without facing any regulatory issues.
